The E2W press offers not only the conventional C-type two-point Range but also applies to wide range including heavy-load, high-precision presswork equivalent to straight side press.It can be used for progressive forming of wide range of automotive and electrical machinery parts.
2.High rigidity, integral structure
With the four-column high rigidity “solid frame” of symmetrical configuration both left-right and front-rear to prevent deformation, high forming accuracy has been attained. Employing a plunger guide mechanism and a six face gib structure, thrust force created in the drive is not transmitted to the slide and die to maintain dynamic accuracy for long.
